How do we go about doing this?
We have a supervising cleaner who also serves as a full-time supervisor. They are hired to ensure that each of our safety and cleanliness protocols has been adhered to and that each of these tasks has been finished every time.
The cleaning contract specifies a daily, weekly, or monthly checklist of chores that our cleaning staff must complete. Our staff members have a duty to fill up a job report and submit it to their direct supervisor whenever a project has been finished. You, as our customer, have the option of requesting this report if you so want.
To ensure that the cleaning services we provide are of the highest possible quality, we have three layers of monitoring and inspection:
Contract Managers
These managers will collaborate with you, the customer, to establish the boundaries of your cleaning service. A contract manager will conduct planned visits to verify that the terms and conditions of the cleaning contract are being satisfied in an adequate manner.
Managers of Quality Assurance and Customer Service
These supervisors carry out officially planned inspections on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the frequency chosen. The report is subsequently delivered to you, the customer. This report may include photographs of the locations that require further attention to finish the next clean.
